Much like the flowers that were grown in grenades from residents of an occupied Palestinian city, our founders wanted to blossom from a harsh reality a beautiful garden. Through the hope to create a consummate environment to empower and educate their child, they brought to life a token of inclusivity. Our founders, through the power of love and despite the hold of grief, made a commitment to ensuring that children of all backgrounds have adequate access to education, culture, care, and community.
Champions for the notion of equity, our founders carry the memory of their late son as they seek to open more and more doors for students in surrounding areas. Through the support of their community, they were able to continue the legacy and build a bridge where rubble once was. A bridge to education, a bridge to understanding and more importantly a bridge to humanity.
Our founders’ values and beliefs infuse the halls of this school, their care is painted into the walls, and their mission to a more equitable, inclusive future can be found within each class.
